This property was a medium sized, 3-bedroom semi-detached house in a wonderful location in Kings Norton.  Located just off Kings Norton Green and with a huge garden, the property was in need of some care and attention to bring out it's full potential.

This was a successful styling/staging project that enabled the owners to list and sell the property quickly, for around a third more than they had originally purchase it for, just two years prior.

Here's some of the processes we carried out:

• Added new curtains, soft furnishing and decor
• Added picture frames
• Added new shelving
• Added new rugs
• New lighting
• Improved the entrance, driveaway and approach
