PINEHURST

Pinehurst was a modest, two-bed room flat in Kings Norton.  Whilst it was in a great location and was of a reasonable size, it formed part of a block of apartments which were all the same size and original spec, so we were aware there would be a ceiling on the potential property resale price.  With that in mind, we carried out a complete renovation at an appropriate price and spec level.

The property had barely been touched since it's original build back in the 1960's so it needed a complete rewire and subsequently a large amount of replastering and repair work. However, we were able to fully renovate and really maximise the properties resale value with a cost effective process, that allowed the owners to list and sell the property for the highest price that a property in that development had ever sold achieved!

• Installed engineered flooring throughout

• Installed modern entrance and cloak room area
